DexLadder does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no sign-up and no login. We operate no server that receives your activity, we run no analytics, we serve no advertising, and we embed no third-party tracking SDKs. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted to us, because there is nothing on our side to transmit it to.
None. We do not collect, store, sell, share or process personal information of any kind. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, wallet address or payment details, and the app has no field in which to enter them.
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), location, contacts, photos, health data or usage analytics. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you, in Apple's sense or in any other.
So that the app is useful between sessions, it keeps the following on the device itself, in the app's own private storage:
This information never leaves your device. It is not readable by us. Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also clear it from inside the app, or export it yourself as a backup file — that file is created by you, saved where you choose, and is never uploaded anywhere.
To show live prices, on-chain data and news headlines, the app reads public, read-only endpoints operated by third parties. These requests are anonymous: they carry no account, no identifier and no information about you, and they are read-only — the app never sends your data to them.

As with any internet request, the operator of the service you are reading necessarily sees the connection itself — typically your IP address, the time, and the URL requested. That data is handled under their privacy policies, not ours, and we receive no copy of it. Opening an external link (a news article, a block explorer, a video) hands you to your browser and to that site's own policy.
If you choose to save a completion certificate or a share card, the app writes that single image to your photo library at the moment you tap save. It never reads, browses or uploads your photo library.
DexLadder is a simulator. All balances, orders, fills and positions in it are paper — simulated against real prices. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no deposits, no withdrawals and no custody of any asset. The app cannot move real money or real cryptocurrency, and it never asks for a private key, seed phrase or wallet connection.
DexLadder is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. We knowingly collect no data from anyone, of any age.
Rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability and objection exist in relation to data a company holds about you. We hold none. Your data is already entirely in your possession, on your own device, and you can delete it at any time by clearing it in the app or removing the app.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
